At Oasis Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If your fragrance isn't the perfect match, you can return or exchange unopened items within 30 days of purchase.
Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Secure the Fragrance
Carefully pack the perfume in its original, unopened cellophane packaging and place it inside the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Processing and Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
